Refund policy
We hope that you will love our products - but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:
Change of Mind:
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened. If your order is still sealed and unused, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll see what we can do.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@nyanutrition.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.
Refunds:
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
